YouEarnedIt @ WorkHuman 2018

WorkHuman, a convention unknown to me until Austin-based attendee YouEarnedIt informed us that it was being held in downtown Austin, is where human resources and business leaders discuss how to expand and improve employment opportunities and workplaces. YouEarnedIt wanted to make a good impression.

YouEarnedIt (now known as Kazoo) is an adorably wholesome name. After browsing their very friendly, glossy website, my half-baked understanding of what they do is that they developed a program that makes it easier to gauge and improve employees’ performances and job satisfaction.

YouEarnedIt selected the following options for their campaign:

Single rear panel ads for 3 pedicabs, from our Ad printing menu.

3 billboard trikes, from our Outside the box menu.

Driver branding and Driver-for-hire, from our Driver engagement menu. The pedicab (and billboard trike) drivers were provided YouEarnedIt-branded t-shirts, and they worked 3 shifts per day for 2 days.

The shifts were planned around mornings, to bring folks to the Convention Center from their hotels; after keynote speeches ended in the afternoon, to take folks back to their hotels from the Convention Center; and dinner times.

Their campaign is part of our Conventions portfolio.
