MetroPCS’ months-long regional campaign successes


For the last few months, we partnered with MetroPCS to help promote their new “unlimited data, talk & text” plan in both San Antonio and Austin.  For San Antonio, we worked with two different local companies to cover the city’s entire fleet of 13 pedicabs.  For Austin, we used 20 pedicabs out of our fleet of 57.

From our menu of advertising options, MetroPCS chose panel ads. Panel ads have several advantages:

  • They allow us to work with less lead time and to get advertisements on the road and in the public eye more quickly.
  • The creation of rectangular graphic artwork is somewhat less complicated than working with our contoured full wrap templates.  (This often allows easy adaption of preexisting artwork to fit our templates.)
  • They are less expensive, and by keeping costs down we are able to put more ads on more bikes for a given budget.
