Pedicab rules on hold

Regulations on the pedicab industry came to a screeching halt yesterday when the city agreed to suspend the new rules until a court can decide if they are legitimate.
The Pedicab Owners Association is suing the city over sweeping new regulations that were to take effect today, arguing that many of the rules could drive the pedal-powered cabs out of business.
